A. Okay first i think some would disagree with me. He might not have attacked England based on ideology. According to the whole master race thing with the Aryans, the Brits desend from Nordics or Saxons, which are related in some way or another to the Aryans. Also in the beginning Germany did not want war with Britain, Britain declared war on them. You could look up a few videos on youtube(too lazy to post links) that are documentaries that are fairly accurate that would confirm this. Heck, prior to the battle of Britain he wanted peace with England, I think it was Hess who parachuted to England to try and negotiate for peace.
