At this stage it is all up the sh*t and depends upon just what state you happen to be in, and what event. I know the national sections one of my sons competitors races against my son in the under 19's which is a lites class but as soon as he gets to a state event then he has to run in the open section. They will probably change things next year once they see how things have panned out this year but whether they make the right decision remains to be seen.
