Q. does anyone else think that hurt by christina aguilera is a beautiful song?

A. It's a nice song, but honestly, I think a lot of her music is starting to sound "poor me." There is little new music of hers that is fun for fun's sake... recently it seems most of her music is about getting sympathy or attention.

What is the Difference Between Being Mentally Hurt and Being Offended?
Q. Mentally Hurt in a way that your feelings are hurt, not the physical hurt like punch in the stomach. Think of this... You say that you never get hurt mentally but you get Offended instead of hurt.
Asked by John - Sat May 3 09:38:21 2008 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. You can be offended without being mentally hurt. Angry, annoyed or irritated are common responses to being offended. You generally get over it quickly and forget about it. Mentally hurt is more likely to evoke a deeper response. It takes longer to let it go. There may be anger and all that, but likely there will also be sadness. For instance when your mother dies, you will likely be mentally hurt, not offended.

How much does it hurt to get an industrial ear piercing?
Q. I have my cartilage pierced on my left ear and that did not hurt at all but according to these youtube videos it hurts like hell lol and I was just wondering how bad it actually did hurt.
Asked by Amanda F - Sun Jul 6 22:24:31 2008 - - 6 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Everybody is different. Most people feel something, but its not a devistating pain. If you were fine with your cartilage, it shouldn't be intolerable, though it does hurt a little more.

How to not hurt yourself doing a backhand spring on the wood gym floor?
Q. I just recently tried out for cheer leading. When I tried out I did my backhand spring on the wood floor. The next day I got bruises on my palms and my arm hurt. I don't know what to do to make that better to where I don't hurt myself. Does anybody have an answer to this? Thank you. This would really help.
Asked by Party4evaWheneva12 - Tue Nov 25 19:38:28 2008 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Have someone watch your form to see what you are doing wrong. It may take a while to get used to doing it on the wood floor. If the pain continues tell your coach or get Tiger Paws which protect your hands and wrist. For now rest and ice your hands.

A. I understand that Prince Charles talks to his plants to make them grow stronger. Some people play music in their greenhouses. You are yelling at your plants. In all cases such as these - I believe you should all be in the nut-house!

Does it hurt when your ears pop on planes?
Q. I am going to Florida a week after thanksgiving and I have never flown before. My friends say it doesn't hurt but to chew gum, yawn, or plug your nose and breath out. I just want to know what you guys think. Thanks! I'm also extremely afraid of hights, so any tips?
Asked by Erika - Mon Nov 16 17:46:29 2009 - - 7 Answers - 0 Comments
A. It doesn't hurt, it just makes a popping noise in your ear (sometimes). The noise is caused by the opening of eustachian tubes, which are thin tubes that connect your middle ear (behind the eardrum) to your mouth and nose. Normally they are closed, but when there are pressure changes in the cabin of the airplane (as there are on every flight, when the plane climbs or descends), the tubes open very briefly from time to time to let the pressure equalize on both sides of the eardrum. When this happens, it often sounds and/or feels like a pop. It is painless, just an odd feeling the same feeling you get when going up to the top of a very tall building in an elevator, or when driving up a mountain.

What would hurt more on a visit to the doctor?
Q. I am going to the doctors office next week and I am scared. I think that I am going to get 2-3 vaccinations. -Would the vaccinations cuase a lot of pain? - Does a vaccination hurt more than getting blood taken?
Asked by legoman19922002 - Wed Aug 22 18:53:36 2007 - - 9 Answers - 0 Comments
A. The actual injection won't hurt any more than having blood taken. However, some vaccinations will make your muscles a little sore afterwards, like after a hard workout or if someone had punched you in the arm. That'll go away after a day or so though.

A. Sounds like Gingivitis (think is correct spelling lol), do you smoke, can be a major cause of it. You can get a special mouth wash to help but i would reccommend you contact your dentist i had it, its really not nice. Hope this helps and hope you get it sorted out soon.

Double your taxes in less than 5 years Cost your job because they can make it in China instead maybe. 130 jobs in just the company I worked for on this one. Double the rest of your cost of living on almost everything else you use to exist. The con is designed to raise costs to consumers and profits to the companies and organizations engaged in the con,

How bad does it hurt when you get your belly button pierced?
Q. How bad does it hurt,do they have numbing cream or something? How long does it take to heal?Does it leave a bad scar?Do you think I will regret it if I have it done? I have 2 piercings in each of my ears,no cartilage.I hope it feels like that because those did not hurt at all.
Asked by Jessica B. - Wed May 31 12:17:25 2006 - - 9 Answers - 0 Comments
A. I didn't think it hurt very much. You have to be really patient with the healing process and make sure you clean it very well. The more careful you are with it, the quicker it will heal. It can get infected easily and it will be very sensitive for a while. I haven't had mine for a couple of years and there is a very light "scar" above my belly button. You can barely tell it's there. I kind of miss having mine. I've had two kids since then and plan to have more some day so it's not exactly reasonable at this time. I don't really regret having it done. I wish it had healed nicer and wasn't such a pain to take care of.

A. It doesn't really hurt if you invest like $5 in a taper. It just gets really warm and sometimes feels like a mild paper cut. However, if you just try to shove the jewelery in, then it can hurt and bleed and be a nightmare.

How bad would it hurt if I intentionally dislocate my shoulder?
Q. I have MDI (Mulit-dimensional Instability) in both shoulders, particularly my left one. Everytime I roll my shoulder back, it almost dislocates with the ball of my arm on the edge of the "cup". I want to get out of work for awhile, so if my shoulder already almost dislocates, how bad would it hurt to go the whole way? Would it be worth it?
Asked by you dont know me - Sun Apr 5 22:50:39 2009 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. It would hurt as bad as it would for anyone else. The pain comes from nerves outside the cup and from the dislocation and stretching of various muscles and tendons. You'd probably get out of work, but it would be because you're actually injured, you wouldnt be just poppin it back in and goin on vacation lol

How bad does it hurt a cat if you accidentally step on it?
Q. My cat is my baby, but sometimes she gets under my feet and I don't realize it and I step on her (either her tail or sometimes her belly if she's laid down). I usually jump off right away but I'm always scared I've hurt her. Would I know right away if I did major damage? She always meows if I step on her, so I get off right away. It's not like I just stand on her belly for hours.

A. It depends on how hard you step on her. Sometimes I accidentally step on my cats and they just dart off because I disturbed them. It shouldn't hurt that much but like I said,it depends. If she has her eyes closed and just lies there you have done major damage.
